The Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program at Ebony House, Inc. serves adult males and females age 18 and older who abuse Alcohol and other Drugs and those who have co-occurring disorders. The program targets individuals who have experienced mild to moderate impairment in family and social relationships and/or employment and education issues due to substance use. Admission is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and treatment is individualized.
The Adult Outpatient program accepts eligible applicants who present with co-occurring disorders and who are stable on their medication. Adult Outpatient is licensed and credentialed through the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Regional Behavioral Health Authority.

Program Goals
The goal of the Adult Outpatient program is to provide a systematic reduction of physical dependency on substances and return the client to a level of stability through evidence-based interventions designed to:
- Maintain sobriety
- Stabilize family and social relationships
- Improve and/or obtain employment
- Promote positive behavior
